Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as Leasing Manager, reporting on leasing issues and trends, and managing the team’s schedule. Our Leasing Agents are the face and voice of the company, working to fulfill our mission to be dedicated caretakers of our community and make our members happy. As we plan our long-term growth and expansion, Leasing Agents welcome members into our community, and create a relationship of trust and loyalty for the long term.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide a regular summary of leasing activity and escalate issues and trends to GM. Coordinate schedules and location coverage each week for OSCEs. Handle Yardi updates for available units, and manage application pipeline.

Match our products with the needs of our prospective members; reach out to prospects through various modalities (in person, email, text, phone) and learn their requirements and budgets. Walk through vacant apartments daily to ensure they are tour-ready, looking their best and in good working order. Schedule and conduct tours, and when appropriate, offer no-risk contactless leasing. Assist in screening applications and selection process; prepare and obtain signatures for lease agreements and lease upgrades. Maintain wait list for properties. Participate in rollout of company-wide and/or local marketing initiatives.

Proactively reach out to members prior to lease renewal; offer the opportunity to upgrade or change their space/services and suggest any value-add services which they may not be taking advantage of. In the event of termination, handle termination of lease with the goal of one day welcoming our member back home.

Schedule and coordinate move-in with building staff and member. Ensure apartment is ready and immaculate on agreed date. Follow all appropriate procedures and oversee necessary paperwork. Welcome member with DVORA swag and ensure members are enrolled in DVORA Marketplace and have working knowledge of how to get support via our proprietary app

Be mindful of opportunities to support our members by promoting bundles, subscription, and a la carte services/spaces which support their lifestyles; help them to easily add, upgrade, or drop add-ons that are no longer needed.

Maintain an expert knowledge of your properties, including amenities and spaces. Attend building and/or partner events; interact with and support members ad hoc. Assist with related duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Real estate license
  • 7 years of related experience in leasing, hospitality, Customer Success, or sales/service-related role
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to easily navigate our proprietary service request tool and related systems such as MS Office

Preferred Skills

  • Background in marketing, sales, training hospitality, restaurant, or other customer service
  • Exposure to subscription and renewal-based business processes, upselling, cross-selling and Customer Success best practices
  • Proven record of driving customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
