We are looking for a creative Recruiter to find and persuade high-quality candidates to supplement their by offering our products and services. You will be responsible for finding people best suited for the positions, by using your interpersonal skills and professional knowledge. As a Recruiter, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to recruit top talent that elevates us to new business opportunities by bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to our organization. This position is closely tied to the Real Estate field and would benefit from someone whom has a extensive working knowledge of real estate / mortgage/home warranty areas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear understanding of the business and its goals and objectives .
- Ensure that all Sales Team Members are recruited in accordance with company policies and in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Research, identify, recruit and present qualified candidates to onboard to our team.
- Schedule presentations with Real estate, morgtage, title, and insurance offices .
- Compile and track candidate information.
- Draft correspondence to recruit selected candidates as well as those not selected.
- Prepare agreements , orientation packets and contract presentations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
