Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention.
Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services and products
- Contacts customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction
-Maintains client feedback records and develops strategies to implement best practices
-Communicates with the General Manager and Service Director regularly to share data and develop solutions, set goals and correct any ongoing issues.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to clients or to the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Prior experience as a customer relations manager is required, although not necessarily within the automotive industry
