**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective market strategies and exceptional customer service. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct retail sales activities to promote products and services

- Develop and implement market strategies to expand customer base

- Provide benefits administration guidance to clients

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers

- Engage in outside sales activities to reach potential clients

- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in retail sales or related field

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients

- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging diverse markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
