Inside Account Manager

Dymaxis is a distribution and engineering company providing products and solutions in the machine automation market.

We are looking for a positive and professional Inside Account Manager to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you’ll be our customers’ continuing point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer service experience.

• Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their order needs are understood and addressed
• Fostering relationships to maintain current customers
• Collaborating with our internal departments to fulfill all customer requests
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the customer's desires
• Acting as the customer's advocate to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer’s questions
• Escalating queries and concerns
• Working with a team of IAMs and engineers to find appropriate solutions
• Strong written interpersonal skills required, both written and verbal
• Confident with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in any situation
• College Degree is required with 5-7 years of work experience
• Prior experience working in distribution and/or sales is a plus
• Microsoft Office skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Assist with new client data entry
• Utilize computer and internet-based applications to process customer requests and inquiries
• Providing quotes, order acknowledgements, creating purchase orders and product returns for repair.
• Shipping & Receiving including lifting up to 35 lbs
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask is critical
• Hours: M-F, Typically 8-5, overtime when appropriate
