Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Digital Presence, Lead, and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving our digital presence, generating leads, and managing marketing initiatives to achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management track record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Presence Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company’s digital presence across various platforms.
- Oversee the company website's design, content, and functionality to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Manage online reputation through review management and engagement on digital platforms.
- Lead Generation:
- Design and implement lead generation strategies that drive targeted traffic and generate high-quality leads.
- Utilize various channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to attract potential customers.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into customers.
- Lead management:
- Manage Leads coming from our internal efforts, as well as those purchased from outside sources.
- Distribute leads to the sales team based on KPIs developed in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Establish a system to track cost and usage by the Sales teams.
- Marketing Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize marketing materials and content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Content Strategy and Management:
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with content creators to ensure timely delivery.
- SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website and content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance and ROI.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and provide regular budget reports.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations for their implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing management.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, text, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
- Familiarity with web design and HTML.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Certification in Google Analytics and/or Google AdWords is a plus.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $81,774.00 per year
