Position Summary:
The Director of HR provides organizational and strategic support to the executive team, effectively executing the team?s goals and business strategies throughout the employee base. In doing so, the Director of HR will develop department structures and processes, implement and facilitate company policies, maintain robust legal compliance, and continually find structured ways to enhance employee growth and development.
Essential Job Duties:
- Serve as the strategic arm to the executive team
- Develop and implement human resources policies and programs
- Create an enhanced recruiting processes to retain top-tier talent for each department
- Administer the company?s benefits programs
- Define detailed career paths and compensation bands for each position in the company
- Create training and development programs for each position to help them move forward in their career paths
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for the executive team
Qualifications
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of professional HR experience
- Demonstrated ability to take large and complex tasks from idea to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
- Technical capacity
- Ability to operate with confidentiality
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
