Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support patent prosecution efforts
- Draft patent applications and responses to office actions
- Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to gather necessary information for patent

filings
- Review and analyze prior art references
- Assist with patent portfolio management and strategy development
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical expertise on patent matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in patent laws and regulations

Professional Requirements

· Registered as a Patent Agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office

(USPTO)

· United States Patent Bar (Has taken the Patent Bar and did not pass and is scheduled to

re-take the exam; or is scheduled at the time of applying to take the patent bar.)

· Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science)

· Strong ability to write clear, concise, and technically accurate patent applications

· Proficient in legal research and drafting

· Familiarity with research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

· Experience in litigating or prosecuting patents is preferred but not required

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
