Job Title: B2B Territory Manager

Dynasty Dynamics is looking to fill positions immediately for our Business Account Executive role. This is a full time position and our schedule is Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. We do provide hands on and ongoing training to all of our staff.

We do NOT do door to door, residential sales or telemarketing

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
