Staff Specialist

What You'll Do

As the Staff Specialist, you will provide support to Transportation Supervisor. You will be responsible for completing inquiries and interacting with all internal / external customers in a professional, safe and efficient manner consistent with Dyno Nobel America's and Dyno Nobel Transportation Inc's ZERO HARM policies and values. Other duties will include:

• Performing Data Entry and record keeping.
• Figure and input payroll for drivers and hourly personnel.
• Order entry, dispatch entry and billing invoice entry into the TMW system.
• Sorts and files maintenance repair orders and invoices and records
• Compute month end financial reports for the East Region.
• Performs routine clerical and data entry functions within the maintenance department
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports and logs.
• Complete 90 day appraisals for all drivers, enter into payroll.
• Help with new hire training for new drivers and hourly personnel.
• Other task and duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High school or greater equivalent required.
• Excellent computer, data entry, and typing skills.
• Familiar and competent with MS Word & Excel programs.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Team player - showing commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
