Position Summary: The Technical Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling customer phone-in and email requests for technical assistance on all products manufactured and sold by the Company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Become highly knowledgeable in the operation and installation of Dynon products.
- Receive and answer customer inquiries regarding product installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Ability to use wiring diagrams to diagnose complex systems.
- Support customer over various mediums (phone, email, forums, etc.)
- Manage product returns and report any trends or new product issues.
- Provide after-sale support to distributors of Dynon products.
- Document customer feedback for use by management and engineering.
- Maintain favorable working relationships with all areas affecting product performance.
- Must exhibit professional demeanor and communication style in representing Dynon.
Qualifications
- Must have 2 year technical degree or related experience
- Pilots license or some flight training preferred
- Electronic repair technician experience a plus
- Prior experience with Dynon Products a plus
- Technical Support/Customer Service experience
- Knowledgeable about Experimental/LSA aircraft market
- Firm knowledge of electronic component operation
- Ability to use wiring diagrams to diagnose complex systems
