What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager in Training position at Dysarts?
Must have open availability. In this role, we will give you the tools and support in order to help you grow as a leader in our Travel Stops. You will learn how to build a strong team, through hiring and training programs of new employees. Become well rounded within individual stores, along other stores in our group. Making sure customers are met the best customer service possible. Understanding promotions and buying patterns in the stores. Assisting Store Managers will be crucial in your development.
Must be able to travel between multiple locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
