The Role
We're seeking a friendly and energetic Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. You'll set the tone for our guests' dining experience from the moment they step through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm smile and positive attitude
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently
- Guide guests to their tables and provide menus
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Assist with special events and large party bookings
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a bonus
