E&E Foods is launching a search for a Fresh/Frozen Sales Assistant Position at our Corporate Office in Renton, Washington. In this role, the ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks to assist the Fresh & Frozen Sales Team.

The successful candidate will:

A successful candidate is responsible for working with our sales managers to help ensure our sales orders are entered correctly. 

You must have an attention to detail, be an excellent communicator, be an excellent problem solver and have very strong computer skills, including Office – Outlook, Excel, Word. 

The coordinator must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle stress and constantly changing plans. The coordinator must be a team player and have the ability to work with multiple departments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

The Fresh/Frozen Sales Assistant Position will perform a variety of tasks that include the following:

• Create and maintain Customer CRM
  • Work with sales reps       individually to gather all contacts for current customers, active and new       prospects.
  • Utilize CRM tools to send       marketing materials, specials pricelists, and any other blast email       efforts.
• Enter Sales orders and send confirmations.
  • Enter all EDI orders.
  • Other key account program       orders 
  • Fresh Atlantic Salmon orders
  • Order entry for travelling       sales representatives.
• Sample packing and shipping.
  • Revamp the sample locker.
  • Responsible for material       inventory
  • Monthly/Quarterly employee       sales and/or donations and/or reworking into production to keep samples       fresh.
• Prospecting new business for the team
• Point for inbound sales inquiries by phone.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

· Prefer At least 3 years Seafood or Food Processing experience, with emphasis on perishables.

· Customer service driven – Customers external/Sales internal 

· Organized, problem solver 

· Strong Computer skills – Office – Outlook, Excel, Word. Inventory controls, Wise Fish, Parity.

· Familiar with EDI 

· General math skills and basic accounting abilities

· Able to handle stress and change of plans 

· Able to Multitask 

· Team player and able to work with multiple departments 

Future Responsibilities:

• Fresh wild sales entry
  • AWB follow up. 
  • Invoicing contact
  • Purchase orders.
• Fresh and frozen sales
  • Sales rep for a handful of       small turnkey accounts
  • Accompany sales call in person       and on teams.
• Alaska Plant coordination for fresh.
• Become efficient enough to train your replacement when      you are ready to move up.

SALARY & BENEFITS: 

· The wage range $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
