E&M Technologies, Inc is currently seeking a AIOC S2 Intel Spt All Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Ft. Belvoir, VA in support of INSCOM. INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and provide input to Combatant Command, Army Service Component Command, and higher headquarters plans, and orders for feasibility, compatibility, effectiveness, or expected results.
- Develop Operational Concepts, synchronization matrixes, supporting lines of efforts, and courses of action to support the desired effects and objectives of supported units and organizations.
- Monitor, research, and analyze the information environment of Combatant Command areas of responsibility.
- Research and produce Information Operations assessments, reports, and projections.
- Participate in working groups and planning teams to develop courses of action; coordinate and synchronize capabilities; and advise on the appropriate utilization of information related capabilities.
- Plan and support the integration of information operations and supporting information related capabilities into Joint and Service component exercises, experiments, and training events.
- Review Intelligence support to information operations products for their contribution to the overall project or mission and contribute planner considerations to focus planner attention to the impact of the product on plans development.
- In collaboration with team analysts, develop, maintain, and brief orientations to the information environment for units deploying in support of operations.
- Provide support to the development of 1st Information Operations Command plans, orders, mission statement, Mission Essential Task List, internal policy, guidance, and directives.
- Develop and maintain Command operational memoranda of agreement/understanding with Army and other supporting/supported commands, activities, and agencies.
- Maintain awareness of, analyze, support the development of, review, and make recommendations for updates, changes, or revisions to current and emerging Department of Defense and Service Information Operations and Cyberspace doctrine, policy, regulations, directives, and guidance.
- Use online tools and automated systems to collect information, research requirements, support information dissemination, input orders and requirements, and maintain situational awareness of the information environment.
- Provide support to Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) planning efforts.
- Participate in Joint and Army Information Operations (JAIO) related concept development.
- Maintain awareness of and contribute to Information Operations and cyberspace operations lessons learned and studies to improve future tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Prepare reports for quality control/assurance and dissemination by the Government.
- Analyze, review, and provide input and updates to plans, doctrine, policy, regulations, directives, and guidance for information warfare, cyber operations, electronic warfare, public affairs, psychological operations, and other information related capabilities as directed.
- Develop and maintain Command operational memoranda of agreement/understanding with Army and other supporting/supported commands, activities, and agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in area related
- 8 years experience in related field with at least a portion of experience within the last 2 years
- Graduate of Army Information Operations Planners' Course (AIOPC)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have or be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.

- Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly-collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
