E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior CI Cyber Instructor to join our team in Fort Meade, MD in support of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist in the daily operations of Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agents assigned to the Counterintelligence-Cyber Special Agent (CCSA) training program
- Review and validate training content objectives
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and ten (10) plus years of Army CI experience; OR Master’s Degree and five (5) plus years of Army CI experience.
- Current National Guard, Reservist, or Military Retiree
- Graduate of U.S. Army CI Special Agent Course
- Experience with Counterintelligence-Cyber investigations and/or operations
- Cybercrime Investigator Certified by Defense Cyber Investigation Training Academy (certification not older than five years)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- U.S. Army or service equivalent instructor experience
- Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
