Marketing Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends.
• Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience.
• Design eye-catching visuals for use in digital and print marketing materials by using Canva, Vista Print, and Adobe Suite.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and update company websites and social media accounts as needed and/or directed.
• Conduct market research on competitor brands and report activity.
• Plan and execute trade events.
• Generate new ideas to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have experience with graphic design.
• Creativity and innovative thinking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Sills & Qualifications:

• Associates or BA or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising.
• Knowledge of target marketing and mixed marketing.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
