Part Time Customer Service Assistant
We are seeking individuals who are eager to work remotely and deliver outstanding customer service to our expanding clientele.
The primary responsibilities include efficiently directing incoming calls to appropriate mailboxes, professionally handling telephone inquiries, and drafting outgoing emails and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities :
- Interact with clients and stakeholders in a sensitive and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers, explaining our program and addressing inquiries.
- Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and equitable work environment to enhance team effectiveness.
Skills & Experience :
- High School Diploma with a preference for Accounting 12 or Math 12.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in utilizing social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
- Capable of delivering information clearly, accurately, and assertively, tailored to the audience's level.
Salary :
Compensation starts at $18.50 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
