The Role in Brief:
Partner Experience Associate
EAB’s Technology Partner Experience team seeks a customer-oriented, collaborative Associate to support the firm’s scaled programming, content creation, and project management across student success, data and analytics, and other software platforms. This individual will ensure that EAB provides engaging, well-executed programming that helps clients get the most value out of their EAB technology and helps EAB renew and grow its business. The position will work on a highly motivated, collaborative team that puts internal and external clients at the center of their work.
This position may be based in Washington, DC; Richmond, VA; or remotely within the continental United States.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work across different teams (Strategic Leaders, Partner Support, Launch, Product Marketing) to support all EAB technologies (Navigate, Starfish, Edify, APS, Rapid Insights, Transfer)
- Manage content preparation, recruitment, communication, and follow up from webinars
- Support CONNECTED, EAB's student success conference, via project management, content creation, registration support, and in-person staffing
- Help catalogue and maintain central hub of resources used by the Partner Success to scale Strategic Leaders’ work with partners
- Project manage multi-partner events to ensure that they have an engaging experience and take meaningful action upon completion of the event
- Help manage content and communication for partner advisory committees
- Create engaging written and graphical resources that help partners implement best practices and processes for using EAB's technologies
- Help evaluate the impact of Partner Experience events on Tech Partner Success efficiency, partner impact, and partner satisfaction
- Support the EAB Navigate and Starfish online Communities to encourage partner networking and idea sharing
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in roles with project management, writing, presentation creation, and client service responsibilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage interim project steps

- Clear verbal communication, including to external stakeholders and internal leaders

Salary : $63,400 - $80,200
