Our ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience in baking, pastries and/or viennoiserie
Can take direction well, motivated to constantly improving and learning
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of lamination and dough production
Honesty, organization, and an ownership-driven mentality
Ability to work at least 40 hours a week on their feet and lift at least 40 lbs
