Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a highly relational and organized Campus Support Coordinator to join our team located in Centerville, MN. This person will champion MyEBC and assist campus teams with processes within this database. A person skilled in problem solving, who loves to help people understand how to efficiently use databases and has the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines will thrive in this role. POSITION SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the Online Campus team. Acts as the campus expert on MyEBC and maintains database integrity. Reports to Online Campus Pastor.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides MyEBC support to campus team by:
- Entering data
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure data quality and integrity
- Training staff and administrative volunteers on how to best use MyEBC
- Preparing reports, forms, and other documentation
- Manages the background check process including processing background checks within MyEBC
- Recruits, develops, and oversees administrative volunteers to further support Eagle Brook Church and our attenders
- Manages campus emails by responding to general inquiries and distributing messages as appropriate
- Provides general administrative support as needed in the following areas:
- Moderating Facebook Group
- Maintaining and ordering campus supplies (general office supplies and ministry collateral)
- Scheduling production and media support
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
- Ability to recruit, lead, and develop volunteers
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Capable of embracing and expressing the communication voice of Eagle Brook Church
- Proficient in MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Experience working with Community Church Builder or other database systems preferred
WORK SCHEDULE
Generally, Monday – Friday hours with occasional nights and weekends when needed.
Classification: Non-exempt; Hourly // Status: Full-time // Team: Campus Ministry
