Eagle Rock Concrete is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
· Answering phone calls, taking orders, and inputting them into the computer program
· Assisting customers in understanding what product(s) fits their specific needs
· Checking orders for accuracy
· Organize and plan each day to exceed customer expectations
· Learn customer trends and plan for them
· Communicate with plant personnel to determine necessary inventories
· Make real time adjustments to orders and plan daily
· Create work schedule for delivery drivers for the upcoming day
· Assure safety policies are adhered to for prevention of unsafe actions and behaviors
· Develop a strong working relationship with customers
· Appropriately escalate any issues that may arise
