Job Title: Field Project Manager / Foreman

Reports to: Community Division Project Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV

As a Field Project Manager for Eagle Sentry, you will be working to keep projects on track and up to our standards. Projects are complex and involve many moving parts. This is a role that requires effective leadership, adaptability, and clear communication. You will work closely with our Community Division Manager and other Department Managers to effectively carry out your responsibilities. You will be trusted to nurture relationships with our exclusive builder partners. It's a role that hinges on successful collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Utilize, update, and maintain various excel spreadsheet reports
  • Attend regular builder meetings
  • Attend pre-planning meetings with sales and management teams
  • Oversee technicians in the field
  • Oversee the installation of various low voltage related systems, in addition to taking photos of job progress
  • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to technicians
  • Respond to emergencies and take corrective actions
  • Visit jobsites weekly to verify quality and efficiency of work
  • Ensure projects remains on track
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Communicate with superintendents and designers on and off site
  • Assist in engineering job planning and design
  • Return all voice, text and email requests the same day
  • Manage your team with respect and leadership

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in construction or low voltage industry
  • Experience using Egnyte, Service Titan, and/or QuickBooks Time a plus
  • Positive, can-do attitude required
  • Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning
  • Skillful in data management and analysis preferred
  • Proven problem solver that takes initiative
  • Result-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Proven track record of delivering superior customer service preferred
  • Proven team player mentality
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening skills and exceptional spelling and grammar
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Be a genuinely nice person that brings a great attitude to work every day

Note: This is a full-time, onsite position.
