Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will support the company's marketing initiatives and events. The ideal candidate should have remarkable attention to detail, be well organized, possesses strong communication skills, analytical skills and solid computer skills.

Required Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Executing a wide variety of projects that involve email campaigns, social media, trade shows, training events and other marketing activities.
• Writing and maintaining content and providing regular updates to company websites and social media sites.
• Promoting, supporting and hosting training events.
• Developing and maintaining marketing calendar.
• Tracking and reporting on all marketing campaigns.
• Data entry of sales leads from web sites, trade shows and other lead generating activities.
• Supporting the marketing manager on an ad hoc basis with reporting and special project execution.

Travel Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Day trips to Walnut Creek - Up to 2 to 3 times per month
• Day trips to Sacramento: Up to 2 to 3 times per quarter
• Overnight trips to Irvine: Up to 2 to -3 times per year
• Overnight trips to Fresno: Up to 1 to 2 times per year
• Overnight trips to supplier locations: Up to 2-3 times per year.
• Weeklong overnight roadshow events throughout California, Oregon and Washington: Up to a total of three weeks per year

Preferred Experience:

• Strong Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint skills are required
• Basic understanding of web and print design using tools such Photoshop or Illustrator
• Experience utilizing Marketing Automation Tools
• Basic understanding of the various Social Media web sites and how to track social campaigns
• Basic Understanding of HTML and CSSis preferred
• Google Analytics experience is preferred
• SEO experience is preferred
• Experience in the automation industry is preferred

• Strong copy-writing skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Capable of working under-pressure and manage multiple-tasks at the same time.
• Self-directed and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Clean driving required
• BA in Marketing, Communications or English
