KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create memorable and personalized experiences for customers by providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment
- Greet all incoming guests and patients
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the proper individual
- Collecting copays, balances, and procedure payments
- Scheduling a variety of patient appointments for multiple providers
- Verify eligibility
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of medical receptionist experience
- Experience in a health, wellness or medical environment preferred
- A passion for providing exceptional service and experiences
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional composure
- Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Knowledge of all major medical insurances along with Washington Medicaid insurance plan
