Responsibilities:

- Ensure implementations provide by district manager are being held accountable
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, bartending, coffee service, and food production

-Bilingual is a bonus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using management software systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and holidays as needed
