JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, creation, execution and deployment of digital engagement programs for Early Learning Indiana (ELI) and related partner brands. A fast-paced, detail-oriented multitasker, the Digital Marketing Manager owns all digital property and marketing strategies including but not limited to paid social media, email marketing, content creation and marketing, organic search and paid search.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a distinct brand tone and voice, delivering key messages across digital touch points while telling the brand story in a clear, understandable way that will resonate with a target audience.

Partner with marketing leadership to create and execute an effective content marketing strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives for ELI and partner brands.

Increase web and mobile search rankings through SEO tactics ie. appropriate keywords, meta-tags, links, content, etc. Manage execution and recommendations by the creative agency of record.

Manage ongoing maintenance, development and strategy of ELI and partner’s websites, utilizing SEO best practices, to drive increased traffic and form fills.

Manage branding and communications projects with global agencies, including our creative agencies globally and our Partner Agency Network. Assume leadership role with internal customers to create project briefs and establish budgets. Present projects to creative agency, manage timelines and lead editing process.

Create, edit and/or source content for website, blogs, webinars, whitepapers, videos and social media.

Responsible for creation and development of video content, including vendor management, script development and storyboards.

Develop email marketing content, including newsletters and drip campaigns.

Build and maintain an email and social media engagement calendar.

Utilize performance metrics and analytics to inform creative decisions, content development and better engagement with a target audience.

Work closely with creative team to bring marketing strategy and content to life through visual execution.

Other duties as assigned to advance the mission of Early Learning Indiana.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
An individual must have the following education and/or experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred

3-5 years of experience in a related role required

Familiarity with the following tools preferred: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, SEO, Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite, Sprout Social, Elementor, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office suite

This is a hybrid work position. A successful team member will be expected to work productively:
- Remotely 2-3 days per week

From the statewide office located at 1411 N. Roosevelt Ave in Indianapolis the remainder of the week
