What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Experience Generalist position at Early Learning Indiana?
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partners with all team members on employee relations matters, including performance management and improvement, onboarding and offboarding, and providing supervisors and individual contributors with policy guidance and
- Manages the talent acquisition process, including stewarding existing and growing new strategic pipeline partnerships, developing and maintaining all job descriptions and job postings, reviewing and coordinating candidate applications and communications, and initiating the onboarding process, including all pre-hire
- Coordinates and leads new hire orientation and onboarding in partnerships with hiring
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, and updating policies as
- Maintains and routinely audits team member information in the HRIS system to ensure up to date records, and partners with supervisors on status change
- Tracks and reports on key organizational metrics, including, but not limited to: demographics, turnover, recruitment, and initiatives aligned to Early Learning Indiana’s approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and
- Works with the team to plan and implement strategic projects that change over
- Other duties as assigned to advance the mission of Early Learning
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
An individual must have the following education and/or experience:
- Education or experience commensurate with the role.
- Experience with UKG Ready or Axiom a
