As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Bilingual Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing preserve maintenance operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong leadership skills, have a valid driver's license, and have a background in landscaping or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily preserve maintenance activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and lead a team of field workers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement and adjust work schedules as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, chemicals and materials used, and time spent on projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in landscaping or related field preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written ideally).
• Valid driver's license is a must.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with towing a trailer.
• Drug free worplace.
• Applicator licenses (e.g., herbicide applicator license) are a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
