What started as a science based hemp supplement company has quickly grown into a large-scale production and distribution network for all alternative cannabinoids and other Health and Wellness products.
We are recruiting ambitious, self-motivated, and talented Outside Sales Representatives to support and grow our line of cannabinoids and other products! No prior industry experience is necessary, we will train the right person in advanced sales techniques. This is an hourly plus commission-based position. Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Visit smoke shops, vape shops, and convenience stores in various markets
- Contact partner stores for brand promotion of new products
- Conduct brand/product promotion at distributors
- Set up and promote company marketing materials at events and talk to customers about the products and brand
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, manage client relationships, increase revenue and profitability
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, improve customer experience, and find more revenue-generating opportunities
- Work with other departments collectively to improve the sales process
Qualifications:
- Door-to-door sales: 1 year
- Sales: 3 years
- Customer service: 3 years
- Associate Degree or higher
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Driver's License
- US Work authorization
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
