They will work with a full range of issues related to the successful siting and permitting of a transmission project and will be accountable for making sound communications-related recommendations and decisions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and coordinate delivery of overall outreach efforts targeted at electric transmission line and substation projects.
- Work with a full range of issues related to the successful siting and permitting of a transmission project and will be accountable for making sound communications-related recommendations and decisions.
- Serve as a resource for public interaction and project outreach.
- Function as a key member of an overall project team who interfaces with, or supports interaction with, internal and external audiences including individual customers and local officials.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Zero to two years of experience in customer relations and or communications.
- Zero to two years of experience Electric Transmission or public utility experience preferred.
- Zero to two years of experience in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelors' Degree in in Journalism, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs or related discipline or equivalent education/experience.
Requisite Abilities and Skills:
- Demonstrate the ability to develop policies and standards for the acquisition of cost effective and time sensitive easement acquisitions.
- Demonstrate ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, show capable of having organizational and planning skills, as well as having an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in real estate values and accepted practices
- Team player with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and virtual environment
- Ability to plan, set, and achieve goals
- Superior level of personal character and integrity
