RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general office and administrative support
- Generate billing to customers
- File claims with vendors
- Prepare daily cash receipts
- Assist in obtaining credit applications from customers and forwarding to the Credit Dept
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Handle filing, faxing, mail, and office supplies
- Create correspondence as needed
- Establish and maintain a variety of files and records
- Learn company operations, policies and procedures
- Ensure smooth running of the office
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must have great job stability and at least 2 years of office/administrative experience
- Previous accounting experience is helpful
- Must have excellent telephone skills, written/verbal communication skills, and customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook preferred
- Responsible and good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic and motivated
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task
- Must have positive, can-do attitude
- Precision & attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture as well
- High school diploma required
