As an Office Manager, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and collaborative person that loves building and maintaining positive relationships and the environment with both the practice team and patients. You will provide critical support to all aspects of the business, helping us give the absolute best in quality care to each of our patients to convert them into long-lasting relationships and raving fans.
The Office Manager is responsible for the organization/coordination of the entire office operations. You manage all team members and all administrative aspects of the office by providing a clear point of leadership within our organizational structure. You are a take-charge person, but you are also a collaborative leader that includes the entire team. You understand the organizational process and work efficiency implementation.
The Office Manager is the go-to person for the entire office, answering many questions, leading individuals in the right direction, and helping at a moment’s notice.
The Office Manager, as with all team members, is a brand ambassador and helps to establish the best brand-to-patient relationship and to make patients feel so special and blown away by their experience that they rave about our business to their friends and family.
Your primary role is to ensure the practice team has everything they need to work efficiently.The Office Manager is also responsible for contributing to and maintaining the practice’s corporate culture, ways of connecting and bringing the team together.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience working in dentistry
- 2 years of experience training and coaching team members to meet performance standards
- Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar Dental Software’s
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations and leadership
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
- Develop a financially sustainable office
- Demonstrate leadership and inclusivity
- Define business objectives
- Lead a team to execute operational excellence
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify training and coaching opportunities
- Develop a strong financial obligation throughout the team
- Provide operational support to the team and vendors
- Oversee office financials and OSHA/HIPPA regulations
- Design and implement market strategies to increase office visibility in the community
- Create an open-door culture with the team.
- Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations
- Mentor and coach team members to create an environment of growth
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team
REQUIREMENTS
-Does not need hand-holding or micro-managing.
-Independent, self-starter.
-Identify problems and create solutions.
-Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks efficiently
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
-Punctual and dependable.
-Intermediate computer experience -- comfortable with MS Office programs, internet, etc. We also have practice management software you must learn how to use.
