What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director - Assisted Living position at East Village Place?

*THIS POSITION  REQUIRES A MASSACHUSETTS LPN LICENSE  

THIS POSITION WORKS CLOSELY WITH OUR RESIDENT CARE DIRECTOR TO ENSURE QUALITY CARE FOR OUR RESIDENTS.
MAINTAIN COMMUNICATION WITH FAMILIES
SUPERVISE OUR NURSING ASSOCIATES
FOCUS ON MEMORY CARE 
KNOWLEDGEABLE OF STATE SURVEY REQUIREMENTS

Supervisory experience required.

  • Care Planning for residents
  • Ensure exceptional care is provided to residents
  • Compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Dementia training
  • Supervising and mentoring staff

  • Liaison with residents, families and staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have a current license
  • Responsible for all aspects of the Assisted Living/Memory Care
  • 3 years previous Assisted Living management experience
  • Proven Leader
  • Team Builder
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Great communication skills
