East West Bank is seeking a Project Finance Senior Relationship Manager in our Sustainable Finance Banking Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, with a particular focus on mid to large scale sustainable projects.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include origination of senior debt financing of project finance transactions, and working with our Sustainable Finance Banking team based in California to underwrite, execute, and close the transactions. In addition, the Senior RM will cross sell products offered by East West Bank including Treasury Management, Interest Rate/FX Swaps, and Trade Finance solutions where such solutions are appropriate. In cooperation with the Sustainable Finance Team monitoring and managing the risk of the loan portfolio to maintain strong credit performance.
Qualifications
- 15 years of middle market project finance banking experience.
- Proven track record originating, structuring, and closing of project finance transactions in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent work experience
- Proven sales track record with client relationships that are transferable to the Project Finance business at East West Bank
- Advanced knowledge of various types of loans, credit/financial analysis, risk analysis, loan documentation, ect.
- Strong credit underwriting experience through on the job experience or from formal bank credit training program
- Strong knowledge in FX/ Interest Rate Swaps, Trade Finance and Treasury Products
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $220,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $70,000 - $220,000
