Service Receptionist

Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge is currently seeking a Service Receptionist to work with our service department at our dealership in Bronx, NY! Job Responsibilities:

· Greet and communicate with new and existing customers

· Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people entering the service department

· Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner

· Answer general questions or inquiries as needed

· Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management

· Other tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
