What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Clinician (FT) position at Easterseals New Jersey?
- Provides services and assessments in accordance with professional standards and requirements of licensing/accrediting bodies.
- Develops & implements clinical activities, including pre-Intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment and discharge planning, provision of therapy and case management, and facilitation of groups in partial care program.
- Documents both group and individual patient care interventions and outcomes in a timely manner.
Clinical responsibilities include:
- Pre-Intakes.
- Biopsychosocial Assessments.
- Treatment and discharge planning.
- Provision of therapy and case management.
- Professionally competent documentation of clinical activity .
To Qualify, you will need:
- Master's degree in social work, clinical counseling, or a related field.
- Clinical License preferred (LPC, LCSW).
- Preliminary License acceptable (LSW, LAC).
- At least one year of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy services.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and Electronic Health Records.
