Team Manager, Plant Maintenance Fabrication Shop

Job Responsibilities:

1. Works under the supervision ofthe Area Manager that they support
2. Responsible for managing the interface between Operations and Maintenance
   1. Ensure that Maintenance Crews are set up for success and able to provide exceptional service, while following safety rules and procedures
   2. Work as a liaison between Operations and Maintenance to ensure hazards are understood and necessary safety precautions are aligned and abided by
   3. Approve and assist with schedule deviations

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid motor vehicle Driver's License
• Industrial maintenance or construction knowledge
• Role model for Intergrity, honest, respect, and fair treatment
• Demonstrate ability to support/drive a strong safety culture (zero incident mindset)
• Ability to train and coach others
• Ability to hold team members accountable for results and behaviors

• Eligibility requires one of the following:
  • 7 years of related work experience (this can be at Eastman or employment outside of Eastman) and you must have completed all apprenticeship requirements here at Eastman. If you have prior applicable work experience and have completed all of the apprenticeship requirements, then you would be eligible to submit your name to this canvas.
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 3 years of related engineering experience.
