Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Assist our guests looking to purchase and finance a vehicle
- Maintain monthly sales goals
- Utilize existing lead generation and advertising programs to ensure the appropriate quality and quantity of loan applications are met
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text, and email to determine their needs
- Utilize social media to promote yourself and EASTON MOTORS with images from new guest purchases including testimonies
- Positive mindset, grit, and drive to be a part of a growing company
Sales Associate Requirements
- Previous sales experience in a commissioned-based sales role desired, but not required.
- Previous Industry Experience: Retail, Retail Commission Sales, Consumer Finance, Rent-to-own, Title Loan, Sub-prime Automotive Finance, Payday Loan, Insurance, Mortgage, Cell Phone or a related industry that involved leading a commission or goal-based sales team.
- Some experience developing new lead sources.
- Good business acumen including some math and writing skills.
- Must be available Saturdays.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- MVR and a background check will be conducted.
Sales Associate Pay and Benefits
- $45,000 annual base salary plus commission
- Average sales associates make $50,000 - $80,000 per year
