Responsibilities:
- Scanning of documents on high speed scanning stations and image capture via camera of physical cherished documents (e.g. passports/birth certificates).
- Quality check completed scanned document and save document file onto the Network Storage System.
- Ensure proper setup and calibration of scanning equipment to achieve optimal image quality and resolution.
- Sort and organize documents prior to scanning, removing any staples, paperclips, or post-it notes that may hinder the scanning process.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all scanned documents, including file names, dates scanned, and location of storage.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost care, ensuring data security and privacy at all times.
Requirements:
- 1 year of scanning or admin experience required
