Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a company that offers the broadest portfolio of equipment and services for back-end semiconductor manufacturing in its search for a HRIS Analyst
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, document and test solutions for complex business needs. This includes partnering with stakeholders to scope out requirements, research and advise on solutions and best practices.
- Manage a portfolio of HR technology [annual/recurring] projects based upon business priorities and ensure that project activities are progressing as scheduled and within defined scope
- Proactively support projects, project risks/issues and implement effective risk mitigation plans.
- Stay informed of new functionality available in Oracle HCM modules and drive the deployment of new feature releases.
- Work with the HRIS team to test and troubleshoot all configurations and business processes. Prepare training materials on new functionality.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation of standard processes, system functions and capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement, simplification, and innovation.
- Helps monitor HRIS Inbox to ensure emails are routed, customers are promptly responded to and issues resolved in a timely manner.
- Log SR and work directly with Oracle Support.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience in HRIS technology, supporting SaaS or Cloud-Based platforms such as Oracle HCM; reporting experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related education and experience required.
- Would prefer someone with Oracle experience
- Significant experience managing multiple projects at once and meeting deliverables on time and within budget
- Proven success communicating with business partners and uncovering their needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage employees and vendors effectively during projects and implementations
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong computing skills in a PC environment.
- Ability to learn new software and technology.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
