What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Technical Advisor position at Eastridge?
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is collaborating with a leading manufacturer of overhead door and closure products for commercial, industrial, institutional, and retail applications in its search for a Mechanical Technical Advisor in Mountain Top, PA. This is a direct-hire position that is currently remote but will be onsite for training.
Requirements:
- Responds to customer request regarding parts sales, warranty issues, and technical support issues on all products provided by the company.
- Trouble-shoot installation issues over the phone and take proper measures to resolve.
- Focus on service efforts by handling all aspects of our product line.
- Handle product related issues, troubleshooting, warranty replacement components, and provide extraordinary customer satisfaction.
- Assist in other areas as necessary and work cooperatively with others to help achieve departmental and organizational goals
Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Must have mechanical background and product.
- 3-5 years work experience.
- Must be able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics & diagrams.
- 2-5 years experience interacting with customers preferred. Must possess superior communication skills and be adept at training and educating others.
