FICAM Evangelist

Easy Dynamics is looking for a Delivery Lead to support our rapidly growing number of Federal ICAM engagements. The Delivery Lead combines deep Cyber and Identity expertise with an ability to lead teams and guide our customers on their ICAM journeys. The ideal candidate brings five to 10 years of experience, a consultative client-facing approach, and feels at home in conversations in the ICAM policy as well as on the technical implementation level. 

As the company grows, the ICAM evangelist will be leading the development of ICAM services, including identification and development of intellectual property, service methodologies and lead the effort to identify technical and management resources for delivering unparalleled federal ICAM services. The position requires the FICAM evangelist to provide support services to clients but would not exceed 50% of billable time, with the remaining 50% dedicated to customer acquisition, methodology development, and growth.  The ideal candidate will have prior successful experiences leading complex, enterprise systems integration and software delivery programs with an ability to define and build operational practices for service excellence.  

Responsibilities:

• Provide internal and external subject matter expertise on (F)ICAM, Cybersecurity and associated areas 
• Lead ICAM project and program delivery for federal civilian and defense clients
• Serve as technical lead and direct client interface, responsible for development and reporting on overall FICAM delivery strategy and roadmap
• Interact with standards and other working groups, including but not limited to FIDO, Kantara, AFCEA, ATARC and others
• Keep track of and provide input into (NIST) standards, such as NIST SP 800-63 and SP 800-53
• Participate in business development through RFPs and other proposals
• Represent Easy Dynamics through conferences, white papers, social media outings and other avenues 
• Coordinate with Operations to develop and mature methodologies that can be adopted within accounts and promoted across the organization as differentiators 
• Develop an understanding of ICAM service offerings and capabilities delivered across Easy Dynamics projects to identify, extract and partner with marketing and business development to document solution accelerators that differentiate Easy Dynamics from the competitive 
• Ensuring that customer delivery and requirements are met with the goal to exceed with high customer CPARS rating 
• Demonstrated professionalism, working both internally to drive delivery on organizational/project goals, and externally to evaluate and drive partnerships that advance program strategy
• Support development of go to market strategy for proposed investments. 
• Advise customers on FICAM best practices and lead the planning/execution of cloud migration efforts
• Assist customer technical teams to evaluate ICAM services, architecture, and development of roadmap for modernization 
• Research and provide leadership briefing materials and reports that are delivered to both IT and non-IT federal leadership, all the way up to CXO and federal appointed executives
• Cultivate external relationships with clients, and third parties to assist client project and implementation efforts 
• Familiarity with how to work as part of an Agile development team to represent the Product Owners

Qualifications: 

• Experience supporting enterprise ICAM programs, preferably at federal government agencies 
• Experience implementing digital identity services utilizing NIST 800-63 guidelines 
• Excellent communication skills to internal and external stakeholders – ability to adjust messaging to a variety of audiences (client leadership, technical staff, team members etc.) 
• Consultative mindset and ability to map solutions against client challenges
• Solid understanding of (F)ICAM technical concepts and protocols such as SAML and OIDC, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Access Controls
• Experience driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation
• Strong written and verbal communications skill with experience presenting to a variety of audiences (developers, managers, executives, etc.) 
• Deep hands-on experience leading the design, development, and deployment of ICAM services
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, DoD SRG) 
• Ability to connect and translate (Federal) policy documents, executive orders, and other guidance to “on the ground” technical implementations. 
• Experience with Agile concepts (e.g., Jira, GitHub) and CI/CD methodologies 
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Must be a US Citizen 
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance/public trust 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) 
• Familiar with emerging ICAM and Cyber concepts such as SASE 
• Relevant certifications such as IDPro, Forrester's Adopting Zero Trust certification, CISSP
