Job Requirements:
- Current or compact state RN license (Iowa).
- Prefer one year of RN experience or new graduate with relevant experience.
- Basic Life Support certified within 6 weeks of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months, PALS within 3 months, TNCC within 1 year.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and ability to work under stress.
- Willingness to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Proficient in English.
