About the role:
EasyPost support is not your typical support organization. The shipping and fulfillment industries have traditionally been black holes of customer support. We’re changing that. Our customers are floored when they reach out to support and get someone smart and capable, who makes the effort to understand their business and figure out a fast way to solve their problems. When they are delighted, they tell their friends. Support is the primary growth and retention engine for our company. What You'll Do:
o Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
o Delight customers with concise and quick feedback to their issues
o Troubleshoot all tickets as much as possible
o If needed, escalate tickets to the Tier 2 Support Engineers, but provide clear documentation of the problem and steps taken to resolve it
o Serve as a communication link between customers and key internal teams
o Go above and beyond to make sure customers feel the extra mile they take to resolving their problems

o A strong quantitative thinker who learns quickly
o Analytical problem solver
o Ability to juggle and prioritize competing demands on your time
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Extremely detail-oriented
