Market Research Associate (temporary - remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in collecting market research, building databases, and funneling insights to our key account leaders and marketing teams to support our marketing and programming strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and higher education programming and best practices within a fast-paced and innovative environment in a 2 month assignment capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

-         Conduct in-depth market research on higher education trends and higher education hospitality programs

-         Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders

-         Create a dynamic, organized database of collected data to use for reports, presentations, and future comparative data needs

-         Review and interpret large data sets and organize them into spreadsheets, charts and graphs

-         Stay up to date on market trends, consumer research and industry best practices

Minimum Requirements:

-         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or other relevant area preferred

-         Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

-         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions

-         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
