Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Assembly - Entry Level. The hourly rate for this position is $18.48/hr $1.00 Shift Differential on 2nd per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM ( 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM with OT)

What you’ll do:
- Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary
- Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
- Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
- Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.
Position Criteria:
- Must stand up to 8 hours a day
- Requires hand speed and mental agility
- Strong Work Ethic
- Attention to detail (accuracy)
- Consistent overtime
- Proficient using hand/power tools

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
