Eaton is currently seeking an Inside Sales Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. The primary role of this position will provide customer sales support on orders and shipping to meet customers’ expectations.
Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Warehouse Coordinator will provide sales support for Eaton HAC and MTL customers including channel partners, drive sales activity and provide all forms of pre and post order support. Use of SAP and Order Center to facilitate order status and will require working with plant personnel to address product questions, issues and shipment status. Manage day-to-day shipping support for the HAC Group through Domestic and International shipping, invoicing, returns, delivery schedules and order updates.

In this role you will:
- Lead Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls regarding technical help, product application and selection, pricing and standard terms and conditions pertaining to the sale of the products.
- Evaluate all calls and develop sales leads for the outside sales representative assisting with quotations support if needed.
- Manage Inventory while keeping warehouse clean and safe, and take leadership as “Quality Control” as it relates to shipping requirements and customer satisfaction
- Liaison and co-ordination with HAC UK internal departments and other Eaton business unit’s entities to ensure accurate information is delivered to the customer on their orders
- Handles all Compliance with Syracuse for shipments (HTS, AES filing, documentation etc.)
- Perform all end of month duties to recognize revenue (Invoicing and Walk the dock)
- Provide all documentation requested (Certificate of Conformance, Certificate of Origin)
- Be familiar with competitor's products and prices, and continuously increase knowledge of Eaton Crouse-Hinds products and their application advantages to customer needs.
- Perform other Duties as assigned, from order management related functions to shipping. (Urgent shipping requests, expedite requests, return requests, order entry and order cancellations.)

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing an Associate degree from an accredited institution
- 1 year of Customer Interfacing experience
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of shipping terms and functions
- Be able to work in a high volume, team-based environment and possess strong organizational skills
- Experience in SAP
