Eaton's Electrical Division in Troy, IL is seeking a full-time Machine Operator-I to work 2nd shift.

The main responsibilities of a Machine Operator are to set-up and operate presses, press brakes and other machinery for the Cable Tray product line.
The skills needed for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to read blueprints and shop orders, use calipers, square, and tape measure for checking dimensions.
- Operate and setup production machinery.
- Responsible for safety, quality, production quotas, and all documentation associated with product movement and confirmations.
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to the pushing and pulling of dies, positioning of full tubs and tub lifters for production access. Must be able to move, position, and/or lift parts or boxes weighing from a range of 10lbs – 50lbs.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in machining in a manufacturing environment
- Legally authorized to work in the US on an on-going basis without company sponsorship required.
- No relocation is offered for this position. Only applicants located within 50 miles of Troy, IL will be considered.
