Eaton's Electrical Services & Systems Division is growing and we have the opportunity to hire an OT Cyber Security Specialist. This is a remote role with approximately 50% travel.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $91,500 - $134,200 a year.

What you’ll do:
As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will perform security assessments of customer’s OT network and products that may include vulnerability and risk assessments, threat analysis, and security code reviews to identify potential design and implementation vulnerabilities. You will support the designs and develops of security features for products including systems, applications and/or solutions, provide product security engineering recommendations and resolve integration and testing issues. You'll build a standardized set of security product requirements and produces metrics to report performance against those requirements. You'll review and define security diagnostics and tools to facilitate the analysis and reporting of security events. You will detect and mitigate security risks, respond to product security incidents, and work with customers regarding product security related issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science) from an accredited institution with at least two years of experience working in OT cybersecurity or a high school diploma/GED with minimum of 5 years of experience working in OT cybersecurity.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
- No relocation is offered. Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of one of our facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Power Management, Power Control, Mission Critical, or Building Management Systems Experience
- Networking certifications (CCT, CCENT, CCNA)
- Recommended Security Certifications (GICSP, CISSP, CompTIA Security )
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, IoT, Server/AD)
- Virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Master of Science in Information Science, or Computer Science
Skills:
- Knowledge of cybersecurity codes and standards including (NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISA/ IEC62443, NIST 800, ISO27000)
- Proven experience working with Industrial process and engineering systems
- Strong Windows Server/ Linux knowledge
- Knowledge of Purdue Model for OT/ ICS cybersecurity
- Basic knowledge about power systems and regulation standards
- Good security practice and controls in the ICS OT/IT convergence space
- Working knowledge of security tools including IDA Pro, Kali, Wireshark etc.
- Experience with network segmentation and firewall ruleset creation
- Working knowledge of industrial and IoT communication protocols such as Modbus, BACNet, SNMP, OPC-UA, MQTT, AMQP, TCP/IP
- Intermediate Networking skills including the ability to troubleshoot all layers of OSI model (cabling to application protocols)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
